Apata Mind is a concept and program brand operated by Naomi Moyson.
All paid classes, workshops, retreats and programs presented via this website are contractually organized and invoiced by Bodhi Climbing GmbH.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all services presented under the Apata Mind brand, including but not limited to:

Yoga classes
-
Workshops
-
Retreats
-
Multi-day programs
2. Contractual Partner
The legal contractual partner for all paid services is:

All bookings and payments are processed exclusively by Bodhi Climbing GmbH.
Apata Mind does not accept client funds.
3. Participation & Responsibility
Participants confirm that they:

Are physically and mentally capable of participating

Understand that movement, climbing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks

Hold appropriate personal accident and liability insurance
Participation takes place at the participant’s own responsibility within the framework of provided guidance.
4. Payment
Payment conditions are defined in the respective offer.
For multi-day programs and retreats:
A 50% deposit is required to secure participation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start date.
5. Cancellation by Participants
Cancellation terms are defined in the respective offer.
For retreats and multi-day programs:
– Up to 35 days before start: full refund
– 34–21 days before start: 50% charged
– 20–10 days before start: 75% charged
– Less than 10 days before start or no-show: 100% charged
For single classes or workshops, cancellation conditions may differ and are defined in the booking description.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
6. Minimum Participants
Certain programs require a minimum number of participants.
If the minimum number is not reached, the organizer may cancel the program. Payments will be refunded in full.
7. Program Changes
Schedules, instructors or locations may be adjusted for safety, weather or organizational reasons.
In cases of extreme weather, outdoor activities may be relocated to an indoor facility.
8. Force Majeure & Interruption
In case of force majeure, serious illness of key personnel, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond control, programs may be cancelled or modified.
In case of material interruption attributable to the organizer, proportional compensation may apply in accordance with Swiss law.
9. Governing Law
Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is Ausserferrera, Switzerland.
