Clarity Session
One focused session to understand your situation and define the next steps.
Good if you feel stuck and need direction, structure, or a reset.

5 SESSIONS
Practice Series
A short guided trajectory to build momentum and create change.
We identify patterns, test tools, and start building a personal practice that supports your goals.

10 SESSIONS
Deep Work
A longer container for real transformation and integration.
This allows time to work with deeper patterns, develop consistency, and build a stable long-term practice.
Working together requires:
• honesty and openness
• consistency and commitment to the process
This is not quick-fix coaching.
It is a structured process built around awareness, responsibility, and real change.
This work is not for you if:
• you are looking for quick fixes
• you are not ready to question your current patterns
• you are not willing to take responsibility for the process
