As this is a pilot edition, pricing and group size may vary in future editions. A 50% deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellation terms For retreats and multi-day programs: – Up to 35 days before start: full refund – 34–21 days before start: 50% charged – 20–10 days before start: 75% charged – Less than 10 days before start or no-show: 100% charged For single classes or workshops, cancellation conditions may differ and are defined in the booking description. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended. Travel, Accommodation & Dogs Participants are encouraged to arrive by public transport where possible. Parking is available in the public parking area only. Requests for personal tents, campervans, or dog accommodation must be declared in advance and are subject to availability and approval. Dogs are welcome on-site and may be present during the retreat. Dogs in personal accommodation are allowed, subject to availability. Placement of dogs in shared accommodation is limited, not guaranteed, and handled on a case-by-case basis. Waiting list priority and final placement remain at the organizer’s discretion. Roommate requests can be indicated at booking and will be considered where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
